Inc. Joins Cattron Group
Addition
will broaden product

Remtron, Inc announced
today that Cattron Group,
Inc. has acquired the
company. Cattron Group,
Inc. is the parent company
of Cattron-Theimeg,
Inc. a leading international
manufacturer of industrial
remote control products
and professional services.
Headquarters for the
combined companies will
be in Sharpsville, PA.

complete product line

Remtron
will continue to produce,
sell, service and support
their Command Pro product
line in North America
through its current
domestic dealer network.
Remtron products will
be marketed, sold and
supported internationally
through the Cattron
Group’s worldwide
operations, sales and
distribution network.
McFall
stressed that the acquisition
will be a seamless transition
for Remtron’s
customers as well as
their dealer network.
All customer warranties,
contracts and commitments
will remain in place.
